Technical Services will be absent on several dates in May

Service and Logistics will be "out of office" on May 9, and the entire Technical Services team will be absent on May 20–21. Therefore, there will be changes in the daily operations of Service and Logistics.

On several dates in the coming weeks, please plan well in advance if you require assistance from Technical Services.

On May 9, Service and Logistics will not be available as the department will be out of the office. Later in the month – on May 20–21 – the entire Technical Services team will be absent, resulting in the following:

• There will be no postal deliveries or package distribution across Campus, Campus Dormitory, The Monastery, OUH, and Knowledge City. If parcels cannot wait, they must be picked up directly from Service and Logistics.
• Newspapers must also be collected from Service and Logistics.
• Freight requiring unloading by forklift should not be scheduled for delivery on these dates.
• It will not be possible to send courier packages or documents.
• Orders for the Central Warehouse will not be processed on these dates.
• Mail for dispatch must be delivered to Service and Logistics by 2:00 PM.
• Chilled and frozen packages will either be delivered or stored under refrigeration/freezing as best as possible.

Since the entire Technical Services team will be "out of office," there will also be no available staff in the campus areas on the affected dates.
